Orders

Browse our collections, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.

Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us immediately at support.usa@stellascorset.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed and sent to fulfillment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details within a few minutes. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Doral, Florida.

Standard shipping is $12.00. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support.usa@stellascorset.com. If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Contact us at returns.usa@stellascorset.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to drop off your package at the nearest carrier drop-off point.

Yes. A $12.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount regardless of the order total.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus the $12.00 return fee. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, thongs, and intimate apparel
  • Post-surgical accessories that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Any item not in its original condition

Sizing

Each brand has its own sizing system. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

Yes. Colombian shapewear typically runs 1–2 sizes smaller than standard US sizing due to the high compression of the fabric. We recommend going by your measurements rather than your usual clothing size. Check our brand-specific size charts for accurate guidance.

If your item doesn't fit, you may return it within 15 days following our return policy, provided it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Products

Yes. All our products are 100% authentic Colombian fajas sourced directly from top manufacturers including Sonryse, MariaE, UpLady, Diane & Geordi, and Bling Shapers. We do not sell imitations or knock-offs.

Post-surgery fajas offer maximum compression and are designed to support healing after BBL, liposuction, or tummy tuck. Daily shapewear offers moderate to high compression for everyday use under clothing. Always consult your doctor before using any compression garment after surgery.

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Do not machine wash or use bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to air dry — avoid direct heat or sunlight
  • Do not iron or tumble dry

Always follow your surgeon's instructions. Our post-surgery collection is categorized by stage (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3) to help you find the right garment for your recovery phase. When in doubt, consult your medical provider.
