15 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
• Hygiene items (shapewear worn directly against skin) must be tried on over underwear
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please log into your account, select your order, and choose the item you wish to return. Click "Return" and submit your request. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to complete your return.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange for a different size. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
