All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at support.usa@stellascorset.com.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
