We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Refunds
All approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. A return shipping fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support.usa@stellascorset.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to drop off your package at the corresponding carrier drop-off point. Returns must be dropped off within 5 business days of receiving return instructions.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, thongs, and intimate apparel
- Post-surgical accessories that have been opened or used
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Any item not in its original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stellascorsetusa.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
