Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Shipping Rates
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high volume periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stella's Corset USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
